Well, things have changed! For a start, the picture below is from about six years ago, so I no longer look that youthful or whimsical. Old and cynical with a beard is a better description. I won’t share a picture as then you might not read my poetry!
The other big change is that I no longer live in London, having moved to Shanghai six months ago. This means you can no longer hear me read at poetry nights such as ‘Spoken Word London’ & etc. If you have heard me read there in the last six months, there’s a high likelihood it’s not me and it might be a younger, better-looking doppelganger with the same name.
It’s been so long since I was published that I can’t remember where they are. It’s likely that the internet has forgotten as well.
Some things never change – I’m still teaching, still writing and still have a cat. His name is Otto and I think you’d like him. If you come to visit and he bites you, then it probably means he likes you too. Please do come to visit. Shanghai is nice & China’s an amazing place to see.
